Coloring for adults has been newly recognized as an art therapy option to 'de-stress and self-express' for adults. You can socialize or settle into your own self-reflective mindfulness while engaging in an amazingly therepeutic activity. 

Stop in and stay as long as you like. We supply the books, pencils and markers!
