Registering for ... Summer Reading 2026! For all ages! Register at the library starting Monday 6/15/26 to receive your paper reading log.
Summer reading will officially begin the week of June 21, 2026. 
Register between 6/15/2026 and 6/27/2026 for 5 bonus tickets!

Wednesday July 22 2:00 to 3:30 PM. No Registration Required. Drop by anytime between 2:00 to 3:30 pm to meet a princess, take a photo together, get her autograph... and to complete a craft (first come, first served while supplies last)!

A local NASA Solar System Ambassador, Melanie Meadors, will discuss what makes life possible on planets, the different places on Earth where we have life, and how scientists use what we know about life here to find life in other parts of the universe. There will be a presentation followed by an activity.

Tuesday Teen Crafting. Tuesday July 21, 2026. 6:00 to 7:00 PM. Hang out with friends, listen to music, and paint a windchime to take home! Registration required. Open to teens in sixth to twelfth grade.

science heroes Digging it! Fun Science! Exciting experiments! Audience Volunteers!
Friday July 17. 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Registration required.
Unearth your love for science in this fun and interactive S.T.E.M. show for the whole family.
With help from audience volunteers, we’ll conduct exciting science experiments all about the changing states of matter, pressure, and more — while raising a shovel to scientists who work with dirt!
If you didn’t already love science, you’ll really ‘dig it’ after seeing Science Heroes in action!

Fourth and Fifth Grade Book Club. Join us for our monthly children's book club for 4th & 5th graders! 
Kids will pick up the assigned book ahead of time and read it before we meet. 
We will discuss the book, select next month's book, and then complete a craft!
Register for the program then pick up a copy of the title at the main desk library starting 7/20/2026.
